Am I going to participate in a Xarelto class action?

Since a large number of Xarelto lawsuits  have been filed, the Judges consolidated them in a Multi-District Litigation. However, each plaintiff is entitled to his own attorney, his case will be handled separately, and he will receive an individual settlement based upon his particular injuries and damages caused by the medication.
